Mindfulness Practice

This 30-minute experiential mindfulness practice group involves a brief orientation to the practice of mindfulness, followed by a mindfulness exercise led by a clinical psychologist, and closes with a brief reflection on what the practice was like for group members. This is an open-enrollment group, which means that group members can start at any time and can come and go without a long-term commitment to attend regularly.

This 60-minute anger-management group is psychoeducational, which means that I teach skills designed to help improve the way that clients interact with their experience of anger.  In this anger management group, you will learn effective coping strategies for anger utilizing a cognitive behavioral approach outlined by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).  This group is 60-minutes and costs $50 per session. This group is open-enrollment, which means that group members can start at any time and can come and go without a long-term commitment to attend regularly. Once you have attended 8 sessions, you are eligible to receive a certificate of completion.
